• reboot the device in recovery
• select the option  ‘clean the cache’ and confirm
• reboot the system

Everything should be working without problems now.

The problem is that after few days that you use the device, the cache will start being full, and the market download does not have space to write the temporary file and it will just drop the download without telling what the problem is.
